With the kick-off of a new Term, Joey’s put together some soccer tips to help you and your Soccajoeys superstar get the most out of their Preschool or Junior soccer classes. Joey loves seeing all our players having fun both on and off the field as well as living a healthy and active lifestyle. If you have any tips leave them in the comments section below, we’d love to hear from you!

Term 2 Kick-Off – Joey’s Top Tips:

Rest Up – make sure your child gets plenty of sleep. A well-rested player means lots more energy to learn new skills and play in the big game.

Eat Right – Start the day with a healthy breakfast and fresh juice and finish it with a nutritious dinner. With a healthy and nutritious diet your Soccajoeys player will be energized to improve their gross motor skills and score more goals!

Lace Up – With the start of a new term make sure your child’s sneakers fit. Shoes that fit correctly will allow your soccer star to make the most out of class, and avoid nasty blisters!

Get Moving – In the lead up to class; kick the ball around with your child and their friends. Not only will this be a fun family activity but it will also help reinforce the skills and outcomes of participating in the Soccajoeys Preschool and Junior programs.

Have Fun – Joey and all the coaches can’t wait to see our players develop their skills, play in the big game and score lots of goals! We can’t wait to see all our new and returning players at this term’s classes.

Soccajoeys Preschool and Junior classes kick-off this week. With  limited positions available in some classes don’t delay and register your child today so they can experience all the fun and excitement of Soccajoeys . To find out more click here or call 1300 781 735.
