Soccajoeys Terms and Conditions • I give permission for my child to attend and participate in all activities in the Soccajoeys programme. • All care and caution is taken at all times but as of mishap, Soccajoeys cannot accept liability for any injury that may occur whilst participating in one of our coaching/education programmes. • Parents/Guardians and children participate at their own risk and shall indemnify Soccajoeys and its staff against all actions, suits, proceedings, demands, costs and expenses which may be taken or made against Soccajoeys which may arise from injury, illness or mishap. • Soccajoeys cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings while attending one of our coaching/education programmes. • Any medical conditions that a participant may have must be fully disclosed to Soccajoeys. • Soccajoeys operates a no-refund policy. Unless under extreme medical conditions. • If for any reason your child is not able to attend a session then a make up class can be made, subject to availability in another class (we cannot guarantee a class). Arrangements must be made with Soccajoeys prior to attending another class. • A maximum of only 2 (two) make up classes can be made in a term and cannot be carried onto another term. Make up classes can only be made within the franchise territory your child is registered to. • Soccajoeys management may occasionally take photos or video footage for promotional purposes, so please advise management if you would not like your child’s image used in promotional purposes. • Parent/ Guardians are to remain in the venue during the duration of the program. • Soccajoeys operates out of various centres and therefore although every effort is taken to ensure that court hire bookings are confirmed, on occasion the venue can cancel the booking. Soccajoeys will make every attempt to confirm an alternative centre within a close radius, or alternatively extend the term if unavoidable. Parents/ Guardians will be notified by email, text and when possible a phone call will be made.
